Following a bitter separation and subsequently, a divorce from her husband Michael, Adora is stripped of everything that means anything to her including her adorable daughters. Her life is reduced to shreds. Starting afresh, Adora manages to procure a studio apartment where she resides while attempting to rebuild what’s left of her shattered life. Society preys on the weak, the vulnerable and the defenseless. Such is the fate of Adora. She is used, abused and accused. As is the case with most foreigners, nursing becomes Adora’s easiest and readily available choice of occupation; a means of livelihood, to an end. After obtaining a CNA certification, she secures employment with a nursing agency, taking care of clients with disabilities, in their homes. She finds love…or so it seems. Life seems to be picking up and piecing together until the inconceivable happens. But what exactly?
