Kamaria Jones:

Kamaria Elizabeth Jones has been involved in the performing arts since the age of eleven. At the Los Angeles Center for Enriched Studies, she perfected her movement, vocal, and dramatic talents under the tutelage of Helen Stringos-Arias. It was because of the education she received from Mrs. Arias, the same woman who catapulted Leonardo DiCaprio to stardom, that Kamaria was invited to Disneyland Paris to perform for international audiences when she was only fifteen years old. At sixteen, Kamaria starred in her first professional musical stage play, Keep Movin’ On, written and directed by the current director of Tyler’s Perry’s House of Payne and For Better or For Worse, Mark Swinton. Impressed by her work in his first show, Swinton invited Kamaria to star in another musical, What’s Goin’ On, featuring the music of Marvin Gaye. Not wanting to focus solely on a corporate career after her graduation from Spelman College, Kamaria founded Beautiful Moon Productions. Using her bachelor’s degree in English, she is currently penning a series of short stories entitled The Chronicles of a Habitual Line Stepper and writing and directing a brand new web series called Phase III.
